Mirus Promotions Founder and President Wins Bronze Award at 12th Annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business

SAN DIEGO–November 17, 2015 – Julie Seal, founder and president of Mirus Promotions, Inc., received a Bronze Award in the Female Entrepreneur of the Year – Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations Services category at the 12th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. The honorees were announced at a gala event in New York City.

The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards. More than 1,300 nominations from organizations and individuals in 26 nations were submitted this year for consideration in the Women in Business program, which honors women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run.

Entering her sixth year in business, Seal realized she needed to up her game to maintain the steady growth of her enterprise, which helps companies promote their products and services and build their brands. Over the past year, Mirus Promotions became a coast-to-coast operation and also completed its first international promotions, in Canada. The agency’s recent focus, spearheaded by Julie, has been adding unexpected value for clients, taking advantage of the power of social media and taking its marketing efforts to a new level.
